Can I change the name or title before my badge prints?

Yes. Badge text is fully editable up to the point of production, so you are never locked into a spelling or title you want to change. Because you design and approve your badge on screen, you see exactly what will print before you submit.

Can I edit the text before it prints?

Yes. In the design tool you can change the name, title, and any other text, then re-check it on the live preview. Nothing is manufactured until you approve the design, so proofreading at this stage catches almost every error.

I already ordered and found a typo, what now?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction. If production has not started, we can usually update the name or title before the badge is printed. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can catch it in time.

What if it already printed?

A custom badge is personalized and made to order, so once it is printed the text is permanent. If the error was on our end we remake it; for a customer-submitted typo caught after printing, contact us and we will let you know your options.
