How Sticker Sheets Work
Sticker sheets use kiss-cutting — the blade cuts through the vinyl layer but stops at the backing paper. Each individual sticker stays in place on the sheet until your customer peels it off. This is different from die-cutting, where the blade cuts through everything including the backing.
To set up your file, create an artboard matching your sheet size (e.g. 8.5"x11") and arrange your individual sticker designs within it. Leave at least 1/8" spacing between each sticker. You can mix completely different designs, shapes, and sizes on one sheet.

Sticker Sheet FAQ
Kiss-cutting is a cutting method where the blade cuts through the top vinyl layer but stops at the backing paper. This means each individual sticker stays in place on the sheet until peeled off. It's different from die-cutting, where the blade cuts through everything including the backing.
It depends on your sheet size and individual sticker sizes. A 4"x6" sheet typically holds 4-8 stickers, an 8.5"x11" sheet can hold 10-30+ stickers, and an 11"x17" sheet can hold 20-50+ stickers. There's no limit on the number of different designs — mix as many as you want as long as they fit with 1/8" spacing.

The minimum order is 30 sticker sheets. Volume pricing kicks in at 50, 100, 200, and 500 sheets. The more you order, the lower the per-sheet cost. Free shipping on orders over $75.
