NameBadge.com runs more than 100 machines across two US plants, including over 55 Mimaki UV flatbed printers, Trotec laser engravers, Epson SureColor S9170 roll-to-roll printers, Kongsberg X24 and C24 cutting tables, and multiple Summa F1612 Vantage cutters.

NameBadge.com runs more than 100 production machines across our two U.S. plants in Cooper City, Florida and Greenville, South Carolina. Our lineup includes more than 55 Mimaki UV flatbed printers for full-color UV printing on metal, plastic, and wood.

For engraving we use Trotec laser engravers with camera registration. Wide-format vinyl and banners run on Epson SureColor S9170 roll-to-roll printers. Precision cutting and shaping is handled by Kongsberg X24 and C24 digital cutting tables, and sticker and label contour cutting runs on multiple Summa F1612 Vantage flatbed cutters. Because every step is in-house in the USA, we control quality from artwork to finishing.
