Do you make security ID badges and access control cards?
Yes. NameBadge.com produces security and identification cards: full-color photo ID badges, visitor badges, and CR80 cards that pair with building-access programs. These are the credentials staff tap, swipe, or show to be recognized and admitted.
What we print
- Photo ID badges - a headshot, name, title, logo, and brand colors printed sharp at CR80 size (3.375 x 2.125 in), normally 30 mil PVC.
- Barcodes and QR codes - scannable codes for check-in, lookup, or linking to a profile.
- Visitor badges - for front-desk and lobby check-in and temporary access.
- Printing over chip and proximity card stock - our retransfer (HD) process prints edge-to-edge and over the slightly uneven surface of embedded-chip and contactless cards.
Encoding and access systems
Printing a card and electronically encoding or programming it to a specific reader or access-control platform are two different steps. If your program requires encoded proximity or smart cards, contact us first so we can confirm what works for your readers.
Card, holder, and lanyard
Slot-punch a card for a reel or clip, drop it in a rigid or vinyl holder, or hang it from a lanyard so staff can present it at a reader.
Order on the ID cards order page, browse ID cards, or request a quote for a photo-ID or access program. Need a worn, recognizable badge instead of a reader card? Design a name badge. Printed in-house in the USA.
