The company began in 2002 as a small web business in Florida. In 2009 the family brought production in-house, starting with a single printer in a garage and then one laser engraver. More than two decades later, that has grown into two U.S. manufacturing plants running more than 100 machines.

A U.S.-based team of more than 65 employees, many of whom have been with the company 15 years or longer. Everything is produced in-house in the United States and never outsourced. When you call 800-243-9227, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST, a real person answers.
