What size are your ID cards?

Our ID cards are standard CR80 size (3.375" x 2.125"), the same as credit cards. This ensures compatibility with standard badge holders and lanyards.

Can I include employee photos on the cards?

Yes! Upload employee photos during the design process. We recommend high-resolution photos with good lighting for best results.

Do you offer double-sided printing?

Absolutely! Include different information on each side - employee details on front, emergency contacts or policies on back.

What security features are available?

Options include holographic overlays, barcodes, QR codes, magnetic stripes, and smart chip encoding for access control systems.

Do you include badge holders or lanyards?

Badge holders and lanyards can be added to your order. We offer clear holders, retractable reels, and custom printed lanyards.

2. Names List - Send an Excel spreadsheet using 2 separate columns for names and titles (if any).
3. Employee Photos - Save the file name as the name of the person in the photo.
4. Company Logo - Send the best quality logo that you have in either JPG or PNG format.

Our design team will layout the cards and send you a proof for approval prior to producing the order.
